First you should get The ABC's of Reloading. This is a very good general reloading book. Then pick up some manuals and read them. Nosler, Hornday and such.
Read as much as you can.
I started about a year ago and am self taught.
I used Cabela's points to buy the Lee Anniversery Kit and a couple of odds and ends.
I think this is a good setup to learn on. Single stage so that you actually have to think about each step that you are doing. It is not too expensive, in case you find that it is just not your cup of tea.
I load for .243 right now but am thinking about .30-06, .45 acp, and maybe .223.
