Pretty much all I took from this is that the SKS is the baddest military rifle ever devised. All of you AR/M16 guys might want to rethink your perspective. I thought it was a heavy, relatively inaccurate 10 round piece of history, but Mr. Grace has convinced me otherwise. As for the lost/stolen car analogy, can anyone show me a case where not reporting your car stolen was a summary offense?
