if it's his freehand drawing and he just got the idea of using a zombie as a target, then it is all good. now if he traced the drawings, which i doubt he did, then that would be illegal... people get ideas from everywhere... how many knockoffs of razor scooters are there out there? and they are sold in retail legit stores.
