These are not aberrations; they are an institutional ethic, an organizational way of life. Just who is the criminal in these cases?" [emphasis added].

When our gov't undertakes criminal acts under the auspices of fighting crime, the gov't promotes anarchy. It's a disgrace that the same gov't that sends our youth into harms way to protect our liberty takes our liberty from us without a second thought here at home. The BATFE agents involved in the unsupported prosecutions should find themselves prosecuted for conspiracy to deny civil rights under 18 USC section 241. The BATFE agent who advised his colleagues to lie about the accuracy of its records should be prosecuted for obstruction of justice.
